• Bachelor's degree in IT / Information Systems / Computer Engineering / related field with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experience in development & operations (DevOps/SRE)
• Hands-on skills in Programming/Scripting: PowerShell, Groovy, Python, Bash, Go, Terraform
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, AWS Cloud, Monitoring & Logging, Troubleshooting, Linux
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Jakarta
• Implement and manage SRE & DevSecOps practices to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability
• Design, implement, and maintain secure & reliable infrastructure architecture
• Conduct monitoring, performance optimization, and system availability improvements
• Integrate security throughout development & operations lifecycle and collaborate with developers
• Handle security incident mitigation, root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and preventive solutions
