We're looking for support engineers to join our talented team in delivering and maintaining products to our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle DevOps related projects in clients and manage their infrastructure by doing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Manage Solecode's internal infrastructure and support delivery team needs
- Involve in software development activities with the delivery team to understand the product being developed and boost the development pace
- Take ownership of customer-related issues and find immediate solutions according to SLA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a background in Informatics, Computer Science, or a relevant field from a reputable university
- At least 2 year of working experience in managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure
- Proficient with DevOps tools and container orchestration technologies
- Have working experience in building API and backend related application
- Having experience in SQL queries and being familiar with several RDBMS is a plus
- Having experience in Java or .net backend technologies is a plus
- Eager to learn a new framework, tools, or technologies
- Good time management and a sense of urgency in project support
