What You'll Do
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and seamless deployments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
- Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, incident management, and performance optimization.
- Implement security best practices, PCI DSS compliance, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Optimize cloud resources, auto-scaling strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
- Experience working in fintech, financial services, or high-transaction environments is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, AWS and/or GCP, Terraform or Pulumi, GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog
- Solid understanding of Linux, networking, load balancers, and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Knowledge of security concepts including WAF, VPN, IAM, secrets management, and PCI DSS.
- Experience handling large-scale production systems and high-volume transactions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
- AWS, GCP, CKA, or related certifications are a plus.
