Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture & Management: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure on AWS.
• CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Architect, optimize, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable, and secure software delivery.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive automation across all environments using modern IaC tools.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized environments and microservices architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure high system performance and uptime.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with software developers and security teams to embed best DevOps/DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven, deep technical experience managing AWS environments.
• Certifications (Required): At least one active AWS certification:
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional(Highly Preferred)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Associate(Acceptable alternative)
• CI/CD Expertise: Proven experience with modern CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): High proficiency with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Containers & Orchestration: Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS preferred).
• Scripting & Automation: Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Language Proficiency:Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with global teams.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AWS cost optimization strategies (FinOps).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch).
• Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and DevSecOps tools.
