Job Description:

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software development and deployment.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Digital Ocean) and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.

- Implement best practices for system performance, security, and cost optimization.

- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and provide root cause analysis.

- Optimize cloud costs and maintain efficient resource utilization.

- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Linux servers (VMs / baremetal).
• Strong understanding of process managers (e.g., PM2, systemd, supervisor).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.
• Basic working knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, service, scaling).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc).
• Good understanding of Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work WFO Thursday–Monday (Weekend Team) in Bandung

Nice to Have:

- Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP, etc).

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc).

- Experience with baremetal or on-premise environments.

- Knowledge of security hardening and access control.

- Experience designing rolling deployments or zero-downtime updates.

- Experience optimizing resource usage and cost.

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Clear communication and documentation habits.

- Proactive mindset in improving infrastructure and automation.
