We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and operate our Kubernetes-based platform and CI/CD ecosystem. You will manage cluster reliability, design scalable pipelines, implement GitOps, and ensure secure, automated deployments across environments.
Responsibilities
- Operate & optimize Kubernetes clusters (production & pre-prod).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub/Jenkins).
- Implement GitOps (Argo CD / Flux) and deployment strategies (blue-green/canary).
- Manage registries, secrets, ingress, TLS, and network policies.
- Provision infrastructure via Terraform/Ansible.
- Build observability stack (Prometheus/Grafana/Loki) and implement SLO-driven alerting.
- Ensure backups, DR/BCP readiness, and strong security practices (scanning/SBOM).
Requirements
- 35+ years in DevOps/Platform/SRE.
- Strong Kubernetes & container expertise.
- Solid CI/CD, Linux, networking, and scripting.
- Experience with Helm/Kustomize and observability tools.
Nice to Have
- GitOps at scale, service mesh, IaC modules, OPA/Kyverno, FinOps, or cloud networking.
