Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for development, UAT, and production. Standardize build, testing, and deployment processes across teams.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for environmentcreation (Dev/UAT/Prod). Ensure environment parity to reduce deployment inconsistencies. Automate provisioning and configuration management.
- Manage deployment strategies such as blue-green, rolling, or canary releases. Align release processes with change management, compliance, and audit requirements. Document deployment logs and maintain traceability.
- Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards (APM, logs, metrics). Set up automated alerts, escalation channels, and incident workflows. Support root-cause analysis and incident post-mortems
- Implement DevSecOps practices: static code scanning, dependency checks, security policies. Ensure deployment logs and pipeline controls meet audit requirements. Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance for regulatory alignment.
- Work closely with Developers, QA, Infra, and Product teams. Facilitate technical alignment and promote DevOps best practices. Conduct enablement sessions or workshops
- Support load testing and capacity planning with Dev and QA. Optimize application performance through resource tuning and auto-scaling. Monitor system behavior during market volatility peaks
- Evaluate and implement new DevOps tools to improve workflow. Establish best practices, documentation, and internal standards. Drive operational excellence through metrics and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the full lifecycle of devops development.
- Experience with setup and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Elastic Stack (Elastic Search, Kibana & Logstash) or Grafana.
- Experience with setup CI/CD in github action for deployment and distribution.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps to implement security controls around code, infrastructure, secrets management, and compliance in an on-premises context.
- Designing and automating backup processes and disaster recovery plans for physical or virtual on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience with on-premise containerization & orchestration: Skill in Docker and Kubernetes for containerizing - zero deployment downtime.
- Experience with security automation tools and Alert Management.
- Ability to drive technical discussions and present your idea for the team.
- Exposure to Financial Technology / Stock Brokerage system will be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
