Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive
DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain a secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure environment. This role is critical in enabling seamless collaboration between engineering, data science, and security teams. You will be responsible for managing Kubernetes clusters, automating CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring our systems comply with industry regulations such as ISO 27001 and OJK guidelines. Ideal candidates are experienced in GitOps, container orchestration, and cloud-native tools, with a strong focus on reliability, security, and cost optimization. Experience in fintech or other regulated environments is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for backend services, data processing jobs, and model deployment workflows.
- Build and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Grafana, or similar.
- Maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools such as ArgoCD.
- Work closely with engineering and data science teams to support real-time model inference and batch data workflows.
- Ensure infrastructure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies (e.g., ISO 27001 / ISO 27701, OJK regulations).
- Optimize cost and performance across staging, development, and production environments.
- Own incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of reliability and uptime.
- Implement secrets management, RBAC, network policies, and other cloud-native security controls
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production.
- Proficiency with GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD).
- Strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
- Experience with cloud providers
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting stacks.
Preferred
- Background in fintech or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of event streaming platforms like Kafka.
- Experience supporting ISO 27001, ISO 27701, or similar audits.
- Familiarity with zero-downtime deployments and blue/green or canary strategies.
