Job Description



  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years experience in DevOps, infrastructure operations, or system administration.
  • Strong experience in Linux server administration (required) and Windows Server (a plus).
  • Experience managing virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, or OpenStack).
  • Proficient in automation and scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible).
  • Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
  • Familiarity with Helm, Terraform, and GitOps workflows is a plus.
  • Experienced in monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Exposure to Kafka, MQTT, and streaming systems (a plus).
  • Strong troubleshooting across OS, app, and platform layers.
  • Collaborates well with Infra Architects, developers, and product teams.

  • Oversee infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and platform configurations.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
  • Collaborate with Infra Architect and development teams to deploy scalable, reliable infrastructure.
  • Perform troubleshooting across servers, services, containers, and applications.
  • Ensure security best practices are enforced in deployment, operations, and access control processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes, incorporating observability, performance tuning, and reliability engineering.
  • Maintain documentation of runbooks, deployment steps, and operational standards.
