Key Responsibilities
- Perform application and infrastructure troubleshooting on Windows-based platforms.
- Provision, configure, and manage servers for UAT, MR, DR, and Production environments.
- Deploy, install, and configure applications across all environments following DevOps best practices.
- Manage application-level access and credentials, including Database ID, CD ID, and Support ID.
- Configure and maintain system integrations and connectivity, including Connect:Direct, FTP, and MQ.
- Implement and manage SSL/TLS and secure connectivity, including protocol and port configuration.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) for In-Country Applications (ICA) and UAT environments.
- Support performance testing and regression testing from infrastructure and deployment perspective.
- Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness, including DR setup, validation, and testing prior to go-live.
- Support production deployment, go-live activities, and post-implementation verification.
- Provide production and operational support during the project warranty period.
Requirements / Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Technical Delivery, or similar role within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of application deployment, system integration, and environment management.
- Hands-on experience with secure connectivity (SSL/TLS, FTP, MQ, Connect:Direct).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in production environments.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
