About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Device Operations Intern to support the daily operations of our soundbox and payment devices ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with the operations, warehouse, and field teams to ensure devices are tracked, deployed, and managed efficiently. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in device lifecycle management, logistics operations, and fintech infrastructure.
What You Will Do
- Assist in managing the lifecycle of soundbox devices, including inbound, storage, deployment, and returns.
- Support device tracking activities such as verifying IMEI numbers, serial numbers, and SIM card ICCID.
- Help maintain accurate device inventory records and assist in stock reconciliation and stock opname.
- Prepare devices for deployment to field teams or merchants.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Warehouse, and Sales regarding device status.
- Assist in monitoring deployment progress and device utilization.
- Maintain and update operational data using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Help document operational workflows and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Who We Are Looking For
- Recent graduate (D3/S1) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- Strong interest in operations, logistics, or IoT / payment device management.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, data organization, pivot tables are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and good data management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work onsite when required (warehouse or operations office).
- Available for a 3–6 months internship period.
