Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Yogyakarta for a Desk Collection Team Leader. The primary responsibilities include supervising a team of desk collection agents, monitoring collection activities, implementing strategies to meet collection targets, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The Team Leader will provide support and motivation to team members, evaluate performance, and offer guidance to improve efficiency and results. Effective communication with clients and internal teams is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major
• 2 year experience as Desk Collection Team Leader is preferred
• Strong Team Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating team members
• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Finance-related processes, with a detailed understanding of best practices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate team performance and optimize operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
