Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in interior design, design QC, or design standardization.
- Strong ability to evaluate designs visually, technically, and functionally.
- Familiar with current interior design trends and capable of conducting design research.
- Skilled in preparing documentation, internal guidelines, and training modules for the team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Design Review & Quality Control
- Evaluate client requirements, existing conditions, and design solutions proposed by the interior design team.
- Assess the visual, technical, and functional quality of interior designs.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve designs before submission to clients.
Design Guidance & Recommendations
- Offer input on design solutions, color schemes, forms, and visual concepts.
- Ensure designs align with the brand identity and project requirements.
Team Development & Process Standardization
- Develop design standardization documents, internal guidelines, and training modules for the design team.
- Ensure all team members understand and implement the company's design standards.
Design Trends & Innovation
- Conduct research and analysis of current interior design trends, both locally and globally.
- Promote design innovation and the application of creative ideas relevant to projects and client needs.
