Design Engineering Manager

ABOUT JOB:

This position will contribute to a major international Railway Infrastructure Project in Southeast Asia, involving the planning, execution, integration, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary rail systems and civil works. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination across multiple stakeholders, adherence to global railway standards, and leadership in ensuring successful project outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams across civil, track, MEP, stations, and systems.
• Oversee all design phases from concept to IFC.
• Ensure compliance with international railway standards.
• Manage design reviews, TQs, RFIs, and interface designs.
• Coordinate with independent check engineers and authorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil or Railway Engineering.
• 12+ years design management for rail/metro projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Experience working with major consultants and contractors.
