Your Key Mission

As our Design Engineer, you will help bring creative ideas into reality by developing product designs and technical drawings that support our manufacturing operations and customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about design, engineering, and product development in a global manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Create and revise technical drawings and product specifications
• Support new product development and product improvement projects
• Prepare 2D and 3D designs using CAD software
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Marketing teams to ensure designs can be manufactured efficiently
• Assist in prototype development, testing, and product evaluation
• Maintain engineering documents and design records
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to products and manufacturing processes

What You Bring

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Design, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, SketchUp, or similar design software
• Able to read and create technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic English proficiency is an advantage
