Job Overview
A technical specialist who has a deep knowledge on Festo controller and able to develop electrical/pneumatic circuit and software for Customer Solution Projects. Provide a clear project documentation for customer in regards on what we developed.
Job Responsibilities
- Be the contact person for customer designs and orders from pre-sales to aftersales in regards to electrical / pneumatic / software application
- Conducts in-house consultations, works out possible solutions with the customer
- Conducts feasibility studies and supports sample builds
- Constructs and lays out suitable application solutions for customer
- Responsible for design approvals, also involving customers before assembly
- Creates project documentation according to current guidelines for our customers
- Troubleshooting of Festo products in CS application
- Able to develop a standardize design for project efficiency
- Maintains accurate records and files according to Festo ISO quality standard
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned / requested by Design Manager
- Maintains frequent contact with Application Engineer to provide the best solution to customer
- Continuous work with Solution Engineering team to make sure design solution according to customer requirement
- Collaborate frequently with service engineering in regards of project service
- Continuously collaborate with production team in assembly, alignment & testing on CS project
- Contribute to monthly meeting within department
What you need to have to be successful in this role
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechatronic engineering
- Diploma can be considered based on work experience and needs
- 3-4 years of relevant business experience is necessary
- Solid experience in the Control system design & programming PLC & HMI for Automation Industry
