Design Engineer (EMR FWA OSP)

DESIGN ENGINEER

Project : EMR FWA OSP

Placement : Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing FTTH / FWA OSP network layouts and infrastructure
• Prepare detailed engineering designs including routing, fiber allocation, and BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to support network planning
• Create and review technical drawings, maps, and documentation
• Coordinate with project, construction, and field teams to ensure design alignment
• Ensure all designs comply with project standards and technical specifications
• Support design optimization for cost efficiency and performance
• Update and maintain design records and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Design Engineer in telecom projects
• Hands-on experience in FTTH design and fiber optic network planning
• Familiar with OSP design, fiber routing, and network topology
• Experience with telecom vendors such as Huawei, EMR, LinkNet, or similar
• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, or similar software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Can Speak English
