Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall design direction and concept development for all project types.
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards, project goals, and company vision.
- Review drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance and quality.
- Coordinate with Project, Construction, Engineering, and external consultants.
- Oversee design inputs for marketing materials, visuals, and customer experience.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the internal design team.
- Maintain workflow discipline, timely delivery, and high-quality output.
- Implement design quality controls and drive continuous improvement.
- Research new materials, trends, and sustainable design solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a management design role.
- Strong portfolio in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Experience with property developers or construction companies is preferred.
- Strong technical and software skills (Archicad, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high-quality output.
