Specific Position as E-House Design Lead Coordinator

Role Summary

You will act as the single point of control for all design activities, ensuring deliverables are technically compliant, on schedule, and aligned with fabrication milestones while minimizing design risks and reworks.

Job Responsibility:

• Design deliverables are technically compliant, on schedule, and aligned with fabrication and procurement milestones
• Develop Project Design Execution Plans (DEP) and chair weekly coordination meetings.
• Manage workload allocation across multi-disciplinary teams and 3rd party vendors.
• Align design milestones with procurement lead times and fabrication release dates.
• Resolve clashes between Electrical, HVAC, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
• Ensure all outputs meet project standards, client specifications, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimal 5+ years in a technical design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management capacity.
• Degree in a relevant field like Architectural/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• Proven track record in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and fabrication-driven design.
• Ability to challenge designs across disciplines and manage stakeholder technical clarifications.
• Proficiency with design trackers, familiar with AutoCAD/Revit and MS Project/Primavera
• Experience with E-Houses for Data Centers, Mining, Renewables, or LNG projects.
