Accelerate continuous improvement with team collaboration.
Develop and control the budget for the department to ensure that all financial and cost objectives are met and targets are achieved within overall cost constraints.
Direct and control staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated, trained and carry out their responsibilities as to the required standards.
Drive process improvement with lean manufacturing technic.
Identify waste from operations.
Initiate education and training of lean manufacturing.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Have experience min. 5 years for Lean Project
Have experience at least 5 years in manufacturing and improvements such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing, VSM, FMEA, and PDCA.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
