Responsibilities

Job Description :

Operational Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
Team Management:
Supervise and support warehouse staff, including providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to meet operational needs.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Inventory Management:
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and managing stores stock replenishment processes.
Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
Support inventory control initiatives and ensure accuracy in stock records.
Process Improvement:
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in implementing new systems or technologies to optimize warehouse operation
Monitor and evaluate warehouse performance metrics.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and assist in generating reports on warehouse operations, inventory status, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and transactions.
Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Budget and Resource Management:
Support the development and management of the warehouse budget, including monitoring expenses related to staffing, equipment, transport and supplies.
Assist in managing warehouse resources and ensuring cost-effective operations.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., RTM, Import, Logistic, BD and Marketing) to ensure smooth workflow and address any operational issues.
Act as a liaison between the warehouse and other business units.

Requirements

Min. Bachelor Degree in Any Major
Min. 10 years experience in Warehouse, Supply Chain, Transportation and Logistic
Having experience in warehouse management, supply chain, inventory and transport management
Willing to work in Saturday
Good communication
Able to work under pressure
