Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Design: Advising the management and executive team on structure, scaling, and succession planning.
  • Cultural Guardianship: Defining and championing the company's core values to ensure a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilizing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) data to track turnover, engagement, and hiring metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting Total Rewards & Compensation by Ensuring salaries and benefits are competitive within the industry and designing programs
  • Risk Management: Ensuring the company adheres to local, state, and federal labor laws and health and safety (OSHA) standards across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Acting as a neutral party to resolve complex workplace disputes or sensitive internal investigations.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
  • Min. 15 years experience in HR Operation / HRIS/ Industrial relation from Retail or Logistic Industries
  • Familiar with HRIS and labor law
  • Good in data analytics, reporting and presentation
  • Good communication and team work
  • Willing to travel
