Supporting Total Rewards & Compensation by Ensuring salaries and benefits are competitive within the industry and designing programs
Risk Management: Ensuring the company adheres to local, state, and federal labor laws and health and safety (OSHA) standards across multiple jurisdictions.
Conflict Resolution: Acting as a neutral party to resolve complex workplace disputes or sensitive internal investigations.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
Min. 15 years experience in HR Operation / HRIS/ Industrial relation from Retail or Logistic Industries
Familiar with HRIS and labor law
Good in data analytics, reporting and presentation
