We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven leader to join us as a Business Operations Manager Reserved Unit, a role designed to groom and position future business leaders to oversee full operations equivalent to a General Manager scope.
Candidates with hospitality background will be prioritized, especially those with exposure in Front Office, Guest Experience, or Property Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned business units/property (during assignment phase).
- Drive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives and local partnerships.
- Ensure excellent guest/customer experience across all service touchpoints.
- Supervise and support Front Desk / Guest Service operations.
- Monitor operational performance, reporting, and cost control.
- Lead and manage on-site operational teams.
- Execute business strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify new business and market opportunities.
- Ensure operations comply with company SOPs and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Operations, Sales, or Business Management roles.
- Strong background in Sales / Business Development / Revenue generation.
- Experience handling Front Desk / Guest Relations / Customer Experience operations.
- Hands-on leadership style with execution-focused mindset.
- Target-driven, proactive, and commercially aware.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
Preferred Qualification
- Prior experience in Hospitality, Hotel, Serviced Apartment, or Property Operations will be a strong advantage.
- Familiar with Front Office workflows and occupancy-driven business.
- Experience managing on-site operational teams.
