Have bachelor's degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
Have >2 years experience as application support or Java Programmer, preferable in banking industry.
Have experiences in implementation of CRM or Contact Center applications/systems
Have skill on Ms. SQL Server Database and SQL Query.
Have knowledge or skill in containerization, CI/CD, scripting, Linux will be a competitive advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Have experiences in agile project delivery.
Fluent in using Jira.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required.
Fast learner and team player with interest in AI technologies.
