Summary

The Front Office Manager oversees all Front Office operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through efficient service, warm hospitality, and smooth coordination between departments. This role requires strong leadership, a guest-oriented mindset, and effective management of the team to deliver an exceptional arrival, stay, and departure experience aligned with the resort's standards and brand values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 35 years of leadership experience in Front Office or Rooms Division, preferably in a luxury resort or international hotel brand.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, Opera or equivalent) and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead a multicultural team.
  • Exceptional guest relations skills and attention to detail.
