Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end dentist recruitment from candidate sourcing to effective onboarding
- Monitor and analyze Time-to-Hire metrics to evaluate efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Conduct routine check-ins with new dentists during probation
- Prepare periodic Probation Success Rate reports, providing analysis and actionable insights on any probation failures.
- Coordinate actively with the HR and Clinic teams to ensure dentist placement aligns with operational needs and timelines.
- Track candidate submissions via referrals
Job Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Prior experience in medical/healthcare recruitment is highly preferred
- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment, CV screening, and candidate interviewing.
- Strong coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
