About Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dental Content Lead based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Dental Content Lead is responsible for developing and scaling clinically relevant content ecosystems tailored to general dental practitioners. This role combines strategic content planning, stakeholder partnership management, and cross-functional campaign execution to drive professional engagement, education participation, and platform growth within the dental community.

The role focuses on transforming brand and product objectives into credible, educational, and clinically grounded initiatives that resonate with dentists real-world practice needs while maintaining high standards of scientific accuracy and professional integrity.

Expectations From You

1.Built and scaled integrated content pillars tailored to general dental practice: 

  • Case-based discussions to trigger peer interaction and comments  
  • Webinars / Continuing Dental Education (CDE / SKP) to drive high-intent participation  
  • Educational articles designed for daily clinical relevance 

2.Converted brand and product messaging into clinically grounded narratives, ensuring content remains credible, non-promotional, and aligned with dentists real-world decision-making 

3.Led stakeholder strategy and partnerships, working closely with: 

  • Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for content authority and speaker engagement 
  • Dental institutions & universities for academic alignment and offline-online integration 
  • Professional associations (e.g., PDGI) for accreditation (SKP) and scale 

4.Directed cross-channel campaign execution across multi-channel ecosystems, aligning content with marketing and commercial objectives driving consistent engagement and platform growth 

5.Defined editorial standards and content governance, maintaining consistency in clinical accuracy, tone, and audience relevance across all outputs 

6.Acted as the central bridge between clinical, marketing, and commercial teams, translating business goals into scalable, high-impact content initiatives

Qualifications

  • Background as a licensed dentist 
  • Experience in developing content for dentists or strong passion for dental education and healthcare marketing will be preferred 
  • Excellent communication, and public speaking skills  
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills  
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)  
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
