Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong foundational knowledge of supply chain concepts, with a keen interest in logistics and distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, such as sumif and lookups.
- Prior internship experience in a Supply Chain field is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast focus on quality in all work.
Job role:
- Manage and compile accurate data for Material Replenishment Planning (MRP) model creation, focusing on achieving optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize write-offs.
- Generate and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all raw material and packaging purchases supplied directly to warehouses and stores, coordinating all necessary information from relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver all requested supply planning reports.
- Manage all essential documentation, paperwork, and administrative support related to supply planning, inventory, and replenishment processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison, maintaining effective communication and coordination with internal and external parties regarding inventory, replenishment, and shipment-related issues.
- Monitor shipment status and communicate critical updates promptly to the direct supervisor.
