Demand Supply Planner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Tangerang.

Job Description

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability based on demand forecast and supply planning.
• Prepare and execute supply plans to support smooth production and distribution processes.
• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and internal stakeholders to ensure stock readiness and timely replenishment.
• Support order fulfillment to maintain service level targets and customer satisfaction.
• Consolidate sales demand data and assist in demand forecasting.
• Create purchase requisitions and plan stock pick-up from factory.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports and provide analysis to support planning decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
