Demand & Supply Planner Jr. Manager

Job Description

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned products or product lines.
• Analyze historical material usages to identify demand patterns.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
• Collect and analyze relevant data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes and methodologies.
• Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistic, IT/ tech, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role and 3 years as DSP Manager in F&B role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (BI, Metabase) and ERP (Odoo, SAP, Oracle)
• Good knowledge about supply chain from end to end, especially MRP & MPS
• Master in excel (formula, pivot)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
