Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, PPIC, or Inventory Planning, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience working with third-party manufacturers is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple SKUs.
- Good communication and coordination skills across multiple departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning
- Assist in preparing demand forecasts based on historical sales data and market trends.
- Update and maintain forecasting, sales, and inventory data regularly.
- Monitor stock levels and report potential stockout or overstock risks.
- Monitor SKU performance, slow-moving items, and fast-moving products.
- Ensure planning data accuracy in Excel or ERP systems.
Supply Planning
- Support and prepare MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and PR (Purchase Requisitions).
- Work closely with the Purchasing team to monitor purchase orders (PO).
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure materials are available according to production schedules.
- Follow up production progress and delivery schedules with third-party manufacturers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports.
- Create planning forecasts for imported raw materials based on sales projections.
- Perform administrative and documentation tasks related to supply planning, including product inbound and packaging dispatch to manufacturers.
