Demand Planning Specialist

Location: Batam, Indonesia (under PT PCI Elektronik Internasional)

Responsibilities:

• Review customers forecast and order and propose loading in MRP
• Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery schedule
• Monitor & work with Production team and Purchasing team on delivery commitments
• Maintain waterfall report based on customer's forecast and line of balance report for internal review
• Minimize shipment backlogs and maintain finished goods inventory at an optimum level

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably in SAP
• High level of confidence in analysing and working with numbers
• Pro-active and able to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
