Demand Planning Manager

About The Role

Control and evaluate forecast data management plans and product/raw material procurement to optimize the product/raw material procurement process carried out by the company.

What will you be doing

• Control and determine the minimum and maximum indicators for continuous products/raw materials nationally so that they can be used as a reference for the product/raw material procurement process.
• Determine the procedures and indicators used in preparing product demand forecasts to improve the accuracy of national product/raw material demand forecasts.
• Evaluate the results of data analysis and processing conducted by the team to ensure the data is accurate, completed on time, and provide informative reports that will be used by superiors in decision-making.
• Monitor the product/raw material replenishment procurement schedule according to priorities based on budget and inventory conditions to ensure optimal product/raw material procurement processes.
• Monitor the product/raw material ordering process for both regular and new store preparation to ensure proper execution according to plan.

What do we look for

• S1 Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business.
• Minimum 2-3 years as Demand Planning Manager / Supply Chain Manager (Food & Beverage Company)
• Knowledge & Skill : Channel Strategy & Business Development, Negotiation & Partnership Management, Market Research, Team Leadership.
• Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama Group, West Jakarta.
