Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and monitor ABC Class Analysis according to channel and contribution
  • Create and maintain demand forecast plans to ensure product availability and support company growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to align demand assumptions.
  • Run S&OP Meeting with Sales, Marketing, Brand and Supply Chain TeamsMonitor inventory performance and recommend replenishment plans.
  • Support new product launches (NPD) through demand assumption and stock planning
  • Review forecast accuracy and forecast bias also implement improvement actions.
  • Identify stock risks (overstock, slow-moving, and stockout) and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain demand planning reports deck
  • Ensure all planning activities are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or PPIC.
  • Experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiar with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
