About the role

The Demand Generation & Community Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in executing and improving StaffAny's demand generation efforts through campaigns, community engagement, and marketing execution.

This is not a content-only role. You will support and grow our online communities, activate social channels to engage those communities, and execute demand generation initiatives across email, events, content, CRM, and digital touchpoints.

You will work closely with Sales, Community, and Leadership to ensure marketing and community efforts are practical, relevant, and contribute to pipeline and long-term relationships.

This role is ideal for a marketer with 35 years of experience who enjoys ownership, execution, and engagement, and who wants to grow into a senior individual contributor over time.

You will work closely with the CRO and Head of Business Development.

You are

  • A hands-on marketer who enjoys executing campaigns and seeing real outcomes
  • Comfortable managing online communities and engaging audiences meaningfully
  • Structured, organised, and reliable, people trust you to follow through
  • Curious about how marketing supports sales and the overall demand funnel
  • Someone who prefers clarity, ownership, and impact over buzzwords
  • 35 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or community-driven marketing roles
  • Experience managing social channels or online communities (e.g. LinkedIn, WhatsApp)

Bonus if you have

  • Experience managing or growing online communities
  • Experience supporting or promoting community and industry events
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience working with landing pages or website CMS tools
  • Basic understanding of paid or retargeting campaigns
  • Ability to coordinate vendors, designers, or external partners

You Will Find Yourself

  • Managing and engaging StaffAny's online communities (e.g. WhatsApp, LinkedIn), using social channels to activate and support engagement
  • Supporting community and industry events by coordinating posters, visuals, sign-up links or landing pages, and LinkedIn invitations
  • Executing demand generation campaigns across email, content, events, and digital channels, including podcast distribution and content repurposing (recording is outsourced)
  • Managing weekly marketing emails and campaign communications
  • Creating and maintaining marketing assets used by Sales and for follow-ups
  • Supporting funnel and website execution by updating content, building landing pages using templates, and maintaining CRM lead segmentation and hygiene
  • Working closely with Sales to refine messaging based on real conversations
  • Reviewing campaign and community engagement performance to identify improvements
