Job Description

About For Skin's Sake (FSS)

For Skin's Sake is a fast-growing, independent skincare company built on transparency, science, and clean design. We're not here to chase trends — we're here to build a brand that stands the test of time.

We believe in doing things well: thoughtful product development, honest storytelling, and a customer experience that feels personal, elevated, and grounded.

As an agile team, we move quickly, trust each other deeply, and expect a high bar of ownership. If you're ready to help shape the future of skincare in Indonesia and work in an environment that values both craft and candor — we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, PPIC, or Inventory Planning, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience working with third-party manufacturers is preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple SKUs.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports.
  • Create planning forecasts for imported raw materials based on sales projections.
