Tetra Tech International Development is seeking an experienced and highly capable Delivery and Relationships Lead. We're looking for a strategic leader with strong delivery, relationship management, and team leadership experience, to work under the Technical Services and Support Program (TSSP), part of Aus4ASEAN Futures.

The opportunity
Aus4ASEAN Futures is a major Australian investment supporting ASEAN's Political-Security, Socio-Cultural, and Economic Communities. Embedded within the ASEAN Secretariat, the program helps strengthen regional cooperation, inclusive growth, resilience, and a peaceful, prosperous ASEAN. Tetra Tech has been appointed by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) as the Managing Contractor for the Technical Services and Support Program (TSSP). The Program is a 5-year investment, in addition to the Australian investment in the trust fund. TSSP offers technical and operational services to the PPMSU and the Australian Mission to ASEAN.
The Delivery and Relationships Lead is responsible for strategic coordination, quality oversight, and successful delivery of complex activities within the TSSP. This role plays a key part in strengthening relationships with the client, internal teams, and delivery partners, ensuring all delivery requests are managed proactively, translated into executable plans, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
This position requires strong judgment, advanced project management capability, and proven experience in high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments. The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team responsible for delivery, quality assurance, and risk management, while working closely with the Team Leader and Operations Lead to ensure all program activities are delivered in line with Aus4ASEAN and donor requirements.
