Key Responsibilities
Support delegate onboarding end-to-end by updating payment status, organizing records, and ensuring all administrative data is accurate and up to date
Send timely welcome messages and onboarding communications (within 24 hours post-payment) to create a smooth first experience for delegates and parents
Assist parents/guardians in completing delegate data forms, review submissions for accuracy, and follow up on missing information
Maintain and manage delegate databases and official documents with strong attention to detail
Communicate daily with parents and internal teams via email and messaging platforms in a clear, professional, and solution-focused way
Track onboarding timelines and ensure tasks move forward according to operational workflows and SOPs
Spot potential issues early, raise them proactively, and help find practical solutions
Support improvements in internal processes by helping organize workflows and documentation
Qualifications
Final-year student or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields)
Strong interest in operations, event coordination, or student/delegate management
Organized and comfortable working with data (Google Sheets, CRM, or similar tools)
Detail-oriented with a strong accuracy mindset
Able to manage timelines and follow structured processes
Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Strong written communication skills (formal WhatsApp and email communication)
Responsive and responsible during operational hours
