Job Overview:
We are looking for a
Delegate Acquisition (Telesales) to drive attendee recruitment for our high-profile events. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and confirming key decision-makers to participate in our conferences, summits, and networking events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential delegates based on event criteria.
- Engage and communicate with prospects via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to secure their participation.
- Provide detailed information about the event, agenda, and benefits of attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and delegate confirmations in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize delegate acquisition strategies.
- Achieve and exceed delegate registration targets within set deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience in delegate acquisition, telesales, or event sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to research and identify key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Graha Takaful, Mampang (MondayFriday).
