Job Description:

  • Assist in the planning and expansion of the dealer network in line with the company's growth targets.
  • Evaluate potential dealer candidates and locations based on market analysis, business viability, and brand alignment.
  • Monitor dealer performance metrics, including sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction; provide support and corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure dealers comply with Xpeng brand standards in sales operations, showroom design, aftersales service, and customer experience.
  • Support dealer onboarding, training, and implementation of SOPs and corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, aftersales, technical training, finance) to ensure dealer readiness and alignment.
  • Conduct regular field visits, audits, and performance reviews of dealer outlets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor networks to provide strategic input for network planning.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to dealer performance and development initiatives.
  • Resolve dealer-related issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain strong partnerships.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer development, sales operations, or network planning in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with automotive OEMs or dealers (preferably from EV brands or China-based brands) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Willing to travel frequently within assigned regions.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
