About the Role
We are seeking a responsible IT Operation Duty Officer for our AI data center. You will undertake 5×8 hours weekday working system (no night shift, no holiday shift), responsible for real-time equipment monitoring, daily inspections, alarm disposal and preliminary fault troubleshooting. This role guarantees the stable and safe operation of AI computing infrastructure and supports continuous business operation.
Responsibilities
- Daily Monitoring & Operation: Work on 5x8 weekday schedule, conduct real-time monitoring of air/liquid-cooled server racks, GPU devices, network links and computer room environment; respond to daily system alarms timely and complete preliminary disposal and verification.
- Daily Inspection & Recording: Conduct routine data center inspections strictly per company SOPs, check server hardware status and key operating metrics, accurately fill in and sort out inspection logs and daily duty reports, ensure complete and standardized operation records.
- Basic On-site O&M Support: Assist in daily server deployment, cable arrangement, equipment reset and IT asset sorting and management; cooperate with technical team to complete hardware replacement and equipment routine maintenance, strictly follow ESD and safety operation specifications.
- Fault Handling & Escalation: Identify and troubleshoot common hardware and network operation anomalies; for complex and unresolvable faults, sort out detailed problem information, escalate to superior technicians in a timely manner, and track the follow-up processing progress to realize closed-loop management.
- Room Safety Management: Responsible for daily computer room access registration, on-site safety inspection and environmental management, timely discover and eliminate potential safety hazards, standardize on-site operation management.
- Document & Knowledge Maintenance: Sort out daily operation records and typical fault cases, assist in sorting and updating internal operation SOPs and knowledge base, and put forward simple and feasible process optimization suggestions according to daily operation experience.
Qualifications
- Major Requirement: Full-time Diploma or Bachelor's degree, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or other computer-related technical fields.
- Language Skill: Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing; basic English reading ability is preferred (no mandatory requirement).
- Work Experience: 0-2 years of data center / IT operation duty experience, excellent fresh graduates with relevant major are fully acceptable.
- Basic Competency: Have basic understanding of computer hardware, network foundation and data center operation and maintenance; can master post operation specifications quickly.
- Personal Quality: Careful and rigorous in work, strong sense of responsibility and execution, good team communication and coordination ability, able to abide by company rules and post work specifications.
- Other: No special technical certificate requirements, no strict industry experience restrictions, willing to engage in data center operation and maintenance work is preferred.
