Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience operating major RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
- Strong SQL skills and performance tuning experience.
- Knowledge of backup/recovery processes and HA configurations.
- Experience with Linux-based server environments.
- Experience handling databases in financial or high-transaction environments.
Job Descriptions:
- Operate and manage core trading and business-critical databases.
- Monitor database performance and conduct query/index tuning.
- Establish backup and recovery policies and support DR operations.
- Perform capacity planning and database architecture design.
- Manage DB accounts, access control, and security policies.
- Support database modeling and structure design for new development projects.
- Analyze incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
Preferred:
- Experience as a DBA in the securities or financial industry.
- Experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
- Experience with MPP or NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with DB automation in a DevOps environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance improvement projects.
- Relevant certifications (OCP, SQLD/SQLP, etc.).
Work Arrangement:Full Work From Office (WFO) at our Jakarta HQ.
Candidates are expected to perform duties on-site to ensure effective coordination and alignment with our business operations.
