Job Description
- Create data visualizations and enhance interactive dashboards for Talent Acquisition using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet Dashboard
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to support accurate reporting and analysis
- Monitor dashboard performance, ensure data is regularly updated, and troubleshoot reporting issues
- Provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from Data Science, Mathematics, Mathematics
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet Dashboard, especially Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and charts
- Familiarity with data visualization
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn
- Willing to work on-site in BSD City, South Tangerang
- Having opportunity for accelerate development & individual learning journey
