Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Support to assist with data processing, pricing analysis, and daily business operations. This role prepares accurate data for management decision-making and assists in coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications with internal and external partners (including overseas).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze historical data (pricing, purchasing, stock).
• Prepare data reports and insights for management.
• Support pricing calculations and data interpretation.
• Coordinate schedules, reminders, and meeting preparations.
• Handle professional correspondence (internal & external).
• Assist in meetings and provide required documentation.
• Ensure all data is organized, updated, and accurate.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Willing to work on Saturday (half-day)
• Strong mathematical and logical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (data processing).
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in data, business support, or administration is a plus
