Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and insights.

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to support decision-making.

Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

23 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.

Proven experience in building end-to-end machine learning models.

Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn; plus points for TensorFlow/PyTorch).

Solid knowledge of SQL for data processing and extraction.

Strong foundation in statistics, data mining, and quantitative analysis.

Ability to create clear and impactful data visualizations.

Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical audiences.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Experience in retail, healthcare, or beauty industries is a plus.

Experience developing AI models is a plus.
