Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Explore, clean, and analyze data to generate insights for business decision-making.
• Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business users.
• Develop and support predictive models and basic machine learning solutions.
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Contribute to improving AI-driven applications, including automation tools and analytics solutions.
• Support development and testing of generative AI initiatives (e.g., chatbot, knowledge retrieval).
• Assist in prompt design, response evaluation, and content improvement.
• Collaborate with team members on AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Communicate findings and insights in a clear, structured manner.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Internship or academic project experience in data or AI is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience completing at least one machine learning project (e.g., academic, internship, or work), including data preparation, modeling, and evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret model results and communicate actionable insights.
• Required skill (s): Solid foundation in data analysis, statistics, and basic machine learning, Proficiency in Python and/or SQL, familiarity with common Machine Learning methods (such as regression, classification, clustering) and basic experience with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
