Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI generative automation workflows using tools such as n8n.
- Build and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) for AI-driven initiatives, ensuring feasibility and measurable business impact.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support product innovation.
- Research, design, and optimize prompt engineering techniques for generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Llama, Gemin, Anthropic).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate generative AI into user experiences and internal processes.
- Continuously test, validate, and refine AI outputs to ensure reliability, scalability, and business value.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Airflow), and applied machine learning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields with proven projects in generative AI or automation.
- Proficiency in Python (preferred), R, or similar languages for data science and AI prototyping.
- Strong command of SQL and familiarity with cloud-based databases (e.g., BigQuery).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
- Practical experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n (preferred), Zapier, or Airflow.
- Strong statistical foundation with ability to validate AI results using A/B testing, regression, and other methods.
- Demonstrated experience in POC execution: rapidly building, testing, and iterating AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
