About the Role
- Collect, process, and analyse large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Facilitate the implementation of AI/Analytics use cases within the organization with proper sizing of benefits and impact to the organization.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales patterns and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Create predictive models for customer segmentation and product propensity.
- Bridge business requirements with technical solutions through effective business analysis
- Align analytics and project outcomes with organizational strategy and KPIs.
- Coordinate with various teams and the stakeholders to maximize the benefits and impact of AI & Analytics use cases within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven knowledge & delivery working with structured & unstructured data with a diverse set of data technologies: Informatica, Databricks, Azure Data Factory & etc.
- Proficient and experience in data query & analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL) and advanced analytics language (e.g. Python, R).
- Communication skills to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate the results of the analytical solutions.
