Analyze market trends and competitor products to keep SeaBank's offerings competitive and aligned with customer needs.
Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.
Coordinate with business units and technical teams to ensure seamless feature development.
Monitor the development lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed framework.
Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process with relevant business stakeholders.
Conduct regular data quality audits, specifically for personal data and periodic regulatory reporting.
Implement data masking to protect customer PII and ensure strict access control.
Manage system issues and customer feedback, ensuring all problems are resolved according to the established SLA.
Create and execute follow-up plans for any data quality-related incidents.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 years in IT, specifically as a Product Manager or IT Project Manager.
Strong understanding of banking business processes and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of general banking IT infrastructure and data management.
Proficient in SQL (querying and validation), Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, modeling), and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase) to manage and interpret complex datasets.
