Data Process Officer

Join our Master Data Team as a Data Process Officer and play a key role in ensuring the integrity of critical business data that drives operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Process and validate SAP master data requests in line with governance standards
• Maintain and enhance key master data domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, Pricing, BOM, Procurement)
• Manage logistics and compliance data (e.g., HS Code, Country of Origin, Packing Instructions)
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and cross-functional projects
• Perform periodic updates such as pricing, routing, and product campaign changes
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to improve data processes
• Use ticketing systems to manage and track data requests efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in a technical or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Master Data or data operations
• Familiarity with SAP (MM/SD preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Basic knowledge of SQL / MS SQL Server
• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Exposure to data quality improvement initiatives or automation projects is plus
